PROPHETIC WORD FOR 2013

2013 IS THE YEAR OF FAVOUR

In each generation, whenever the New Year is approaching people write expectations about the coming years. It is good to have expectations but expectations without living in the word of God is useless.

On the 31^st December 2012, I was in a meeting waiting for our Man of God Pastor Chris Oyachilome (President of Believers Love World) to declare the prophetic word for 2013.Ohh what a time in the presence of God we had as Christ Embassy Members. In this article, I will share more on the meaning of the year of favour.

He released the prophetic word for 2013 in that, “it’s a year of Favour.” Am thinking, what does this mean to you? You will see it in your life.

Don’t always look out for favour, you should also give favour. You favour others in 2013. Walk in the consciousness of favour. You will enjoy favour, favour at your left, favour at your right, favour everywhere you go. You will have favour in your job, finances, education. Your set time has come for favour. Divine favour is working in you. Its favour time.

The word favour was translated from the word Chraris which is GRACE as was translated in Romans 5:17.

For if by one man’s offence death reined by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

There’s a difference between the word grace and favour. Grace is usually an impartation. Often time it’s more spiritual, something that gives an inner quality, but favour are the details of the expressions of grace, which means the grace of God works already in you but favour is one of the outward manifestation of grace.

You find a lot of people, even though the grace of God has been granted to them; you find them living a lower life. Living life of lack, sickness and bondage.

You may wonder why this is so. One can only experience favour if one consciously live in the grace of God. Favour is the outer expression of grace.

To help me explain this, I will  look at the life of Joseph in the old testament. Remember when Joseph was young the father favoured him and gave him a coat of many colors’ such that when he was in the prison he did not forget the grace of God which was upon his life. The Bible says this of Joseph:

Gen 39:21  …. But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

2013 is a year in which your programmes will meet with God. It is the set time for God to favour you and for you to favour somebody. Live the all 365 days favouring somebody and you will see how God will favour you.

In the days of Daniel, there was a king who conquered Babylon, in his days when he became king, Daniel realized that the time that it was spoken of for them to be free, there was no sign to show it was time to favour Israel. Not until David discovered it from God’s word did Israel see favour.

God functions with a lot of legality, yet with his grace. He has spiritual laws and this is one of the major reasons why you need to study the word.

Psalm 102:13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

The Sinner’s need

I have attended many conferences and Church homilies where i have heard many preachers say, we are all sinners, for its written for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). It sounds biblical but not all the scriptural truth, when ever we stand to preach, we must allow the Holy Spirit to interpret the Scriptures.

In this week, i want to shade more right on who is a Sinner and what is sin.The natural man, even at his best ,is still a sinner because he is not born again.When someone is a sinner, what he needs is not repentance but a new life in Christ Jesus.

A sinner is not someone who has committed a sin.It is wrong to sin you’re not a sinner because you sinned! This may sound a little hard for your theology but its the truth.Sin is not just an act; it’s a nature! you have to know that.

A man who is not born again is still a sinner no matter how morally upright he may be.No matter how much pounds, dollars, euros he may offer as offering or tithe.No matter how hard work or good work he does at church.The nature of the first Adam, which is the nature of the devil, is passed on to every man that is born into this world.The nature is the nature of sin.This is what Paul was shedding to the Church in Rome in Roman 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God”but God says, ,anew heart and a new spirit will i put within you.”Ezekiel 36:26

This further means that, the sin nature is completely taken out when you’re born again. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, ‘If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…” until you are born again, you remain a sinner, irrespective of your high level of moral and social decorum.

A sinner does not need forgiveness, ,because you can only be forgiven your acts of wrong.What a sinner needs is remission of sins.

There is a great diffference between the two.It’s only the man who is born again that qualifies to receive forgiveness of sin from God.A sinner can’t repent.To repent is to change your mind or way of thinking and turn around from what you used to do.What a sinner needs is a recreation.This is why sin becomes a life in some one who is not born again. Sin is nature, just like eating and breathing is nature to any man or woman born of a woman. A prostitute will always remain in that state until a new birth is introduced in that person life.

He’s got to be born again, he needs a new life altogether and that new life is in Christ.

So now i want preachers and all Christians to hear and learn this.It’s pointless to keep reminding a sinner of his sins.He already knows he’s a sinner, what he needs is a cure for sin. It is like forcing a dog to be a chick. Tell a sinner about the saving grace Jesus point him to the light because that’s what he needs.Today i have seen Churches who points people  to devil, remind sinners of what the devil has done in their lives.Its like you are in the dark room and you are pointing one to darkness instead of pointing such a one to the light who is Jesus Christ.Jesus himself said in John 8:12 “…am the light of the world:he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Father..I thank that you love me, today i realize that am a sinner and i have sinned against you. I thank you for loving me, I ask for your forgiveness as I open my heart and welcome you to be my Lord and my Savior from now and for ever more.AMEN

THE POWER WITHIN

 

Gen 2:15-24, Col 1:27, Matt 12:33-37, Gal 4:1-7

Many people are looking for their miracle in wrong places, because they do not know who they are in Christ. If you don’t know who you are, people will treat you any how in this world. Every human being on earth carries something within them that can bring out the desires of their heart.

Those who are ruling the world are people who have identified what they have and put them in used. The way you value yourself will determine the way people will value you in this land of the living. As the saying goes the tag on an item will determine its price on the market. Many Christians are crying to God for something in life without knowing that they themselves carry the very thing within them. We all pray to God to answer our prayers but I have come to know that any thing one is looking for is nearer than we think.

As the bible says Christ in me is the hope of glory, which mean every child of God has Jesus in them. I am talking about someone who is thoroughly born again in Christ Jesus. If you have Jesus, you have everything in life. In ancient days, the people of Israel always consulted the priest before they can confess their sins to God. But in our current dispensation we do not consult anyone before we confess our sins to God. Jesus Christ has done all this work once and for all who will believe in Him. Friend, as long as you have Jesus Christ in your life, you have the solution to your problem.

This is something that many do not understand in this end times. People are not ready to look into the bible for the truth, if we have Jesus inside us then he is the answer to our problems.

God created humans in his image and likeness according to. Genesis 1:26-28 (KJV). This passage informs us that we are in the image of God, meaning we are in the position to create what seems pleasent to our heart.

Our God is the Creator and we are in His image showing us that we have something in common with our father(God). If a man gives birth to a child come what may there will be something in common between them because the child came out of that man. Every born again child of God has something in come with his father who is our creator in this world. Beloved, you carry the creativity power of God in you to re-create any unpleasant situation in your life.You don’t need to wait until someone tells you that before you believe.

There is something inside you that hold your miracle but until you know, you will not have it. That is why I always say, get inform so that you will not be deformed in life. Christians are been deformed because they not ready to search for the truth in the word of God. Everyone wants quick work and miracle while their miracle is in inside them. No one will be able to blame God in heaven for not answering their prayers because they have the answer in them even before they pray to God.

As we read Deut 8:18, says that 18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Why because we are in the image of God to create what we need in this world, that is the reason why it says God did give us the power to create wealth but did not give us the wealth rather the power to create.

As I say to you today, anything you are praying for is inside you. If you are looking for marriage, money, healing or any good thing that pertains to your life- that very thing is inside you. Beloved, this is not the time to cry, complain or sit unconcern about what is happened to your life. It is time for you do something concerning your situation and stop blaming people for your predicament in life.

The devil will have an advantage over your life if you do not know who you are in Christ. Child of God know that the enemy will always fight against you in areas you do not have enough knowledge in life. Don’t allow sickness or any thing to drive you out of God’s presence because your solution is near or within you. We have be-littled God and our life has also been be-little. Start encouraging yourselves and create things anew for your life.

According to the bible God created every creature male and female but created Adam alone in the garden of Eden. Friends, I can perceive that Adam was complaining because he saw every creature with its partner in the garden but he was alone. However, Adam did not know that the solution was inside him until God showed him.

My dear in Christ, you may have been in the position of Adam not knowing that the answers to your heart desires is inside you. In life there is no way for those who always complain when there is a problem but rather increase their pain. Be a man who solve problems and not someone who will always complain and remain where they are in life. God realized that Adam was alone and caused him to sleep for Him to bring all he needed out of him.

The only thing God needed from us is for us to humble ourselves for Him to bring out what we need out of us. We can continue to behave in the same old ways we used to be and still expect God to bring a change in our life.

Many Christian’s want things to be new for them while they keep on doing the old things they used to do. How can one live in his comfort zone and expect a change in life. Your change will come when you change your mind in every aspect of your life. Friends, it is time you commit yourself to God to rule over your life as Adam did.18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. Gen 2:18 (KJV)

The Lord have seen all that you are going through in life but you need to put your trust in Him alone. You can have a divided mind and get something from  God, for a double minded man is unstable in all his ways (James 1:8). 21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said. This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Gen 2:21-23 (KJV) Beloved, I see God bringing the desire of your heart to you today, so just have faith and continue to trust Him. For until you make God your sufficiency, your insufficiency continues. May the God of glory open door for you now and enlarge your tent in Jesus Christ name, Amen.

POINT TO NOTE

1. Be able to make God your sufficiency in your life and all your insufficiency will stop.
2. Always connect yourself to God and He will give you the desire of your heart.
3. Know that it is you alone that can recreate your destine in life.
4. You are the best solution to all your problems.
5. Never under estimate yourselves in Christ, for the value you put to yourself will determine how people will value you.
6.   Whenever you come to God have a humble heart and mind for Him to bless you.
7.   Know that until you change your old way of living nothing good will come to you.
